Evidence to prove work experience and earning

Hi,

I have t4 (2011) which shows that 3 months of work experience, so majority of my experience was gained in the year of 2012. by end of oct 2012, I plan to submit my application, but only have pay stubs to show the rest of 9 months of work experience. I am wondering what kind of supporting documents can I submit to prove my work experience in 2012? Any suggestions? Like bank statements that show I got $ transfer from employer biweekly? Or can I mail my t 4 (2012) to cic processing office in march 2013? Will it be helpful or not helpful at all? Thank you all so much in advance

When you are eligible to apply, you may do so and include your T4 and notice of assessment(NOA)from 2011 and paystubs for the 9 months. Then include a letter explaining that the majority of your experience was gained in 2012 and you have included paystubs but you will submit the T4 and NOA for 2012 when you receive it. If you submit originals of paystubs, make copies for yourself.

I would advise against submitting original paystubs or even 9 months' worth. Most paystubs will show cumulative information (Year to Date, or YTD).

In other words, a photocopy of your most recent paystub should suffice.

Of course, a RECENT and up-to-date letter of reference from your employer is the primary evidence. (The letter should be dated AFTER you have completed the qualifying experience...)

Don't you need a letter from your emoployer?

It will tell you the length and the period of your work experience.
