Everything about PPR

guys I got PPR yesterday.. planning to send my pp next week ...They didn't ask for any picture. should I send the passport only then or photos too? If I need to send the photos,what is the dimension and how many?

and usually how long is the visa valid for because I am planning to travel home and do my landing on my return .

Any other advice for me in general? pls let me know

Thank you all.

No need to include photos when you send passport to immigration. Just follow the instructions in the passport request email from CIC. You will see visa expiration on the visa stamp. I just got my passport back yesterday with visa stamp. It expires in 8 months.

Thanks a lot for the reply bro... did you get the email with photo req or without..coz a lot of people here suggest to send photos even if they dont ask..I am really worried about that.

Only those applicants who want to get their visa stamp at their own country's CHC office gets a photo request along with passport

Did you include photos before when you send your application to CIC? If you did then there is no need to send photos with your passport?
No, they did not ask for photos in the passport request email.

yes I did include some pictures I think (cant remember completely because its been 15 long months)...but ya I think I did but wasn't that the part of application that everyone fulfills.?

anyways if you say, I am not going to send...waste of money.. lol
