Every New week is lucky OR unlucky for someone but i think all of us are lucky God helped all of us , all of you share your status and ecase, we will see that who is the luckiest in next week 21st june to 27th june 2010 about his ecase OR status OR AOR letter. ( Every week comes with some good and bad news for applicants from CHC or CIO)

yes i got a letter from cic 2day! its a big envelop, i guess its a medical request! i m now in office, letter received in home, qorax, do u remember, i told u i m expecting for 4+ months? can u pls tell what can be my situation? will it be delay for this? any ways good luck 2 all my mates!

I applied under NOC - 0213 occupation. After three months i have received following rejection email from CIO:

"
Dear Sir:

We have received your application for permanent residence in Canada in the Federal Skilled Worker Class on 18 March 2010.

The Minister of Citizenship, Immigration and Multiculturalism issued instructions which were published in the Canada Gazette on 28 November 2008. These instructions specify that only applicants who have an offer of Arranged Employment, applicants who are legally residing in Canada for at least one year as a Temporary Foreign Worker or an International Student, or applicants who have work experience in certain listed occupations are eligible to be processed in the Federal Skilled Worker class.



For the reasons outlined above, your application does not meet the requirements of the Ministerial Instructions and your application is not eligible for processing.

The fees that you have paid are refundable. You will receive a cheque within eight to
twelve weeks at the address provided in your application. If you have changed your address please advise us immediately of the new address. Address changes should be faxed to (902) 270-3561.
Please note: The Fax number listed above is solely for the purpose of providing an updated address. Any communication/queries other than an updated address to this Fax number will not be actioned.

X This correspondence also acknowledges receipt of your Fee Payment Form (Imm5620)
authorizing CIC to take payment of processing fees using the credit card details provided.
Since your application is not eligible for processing, the credit card was NOT charged and no charges will appear on your credit card statement.

PLEASE SOMEBODY SHOULD HELP OUT, MY APPLICATION WHICH I SENT TO THE CIO OFFICE NOVA SCOTIA ON MARCH 26TH, 2010 WAS RETURNED TO 21ST JUNE, 2010, THEY IN THEIR LETTER THEY SAID I DID NOT INDICATE A VALID VISA REQUESTED FOR THE PROCESSING OF MY APPLICATION AND I WROTE GHANA, WEST AFRICA, PLEASE I WANT SOMEBODY HELP ME WITH THIS....I DON'T KNOW IF IT CHC, ACCRA GHANA OR CANADIAN VISA OFFICE, ACCRA GHANA.....AM GOING TO WRITE IN THE COLUMN.

MY NUMBER 2 QUESTION IS THAT "IN THE FORM BACKGROUND/ DECLARATION NUMBER 6. YOUR STATUS IN THAT COUNTRY, PLEASE I DON'T WHAT ANSWER WRITE IN THE COLUMN.......I AM FROM NIGERIA AND LIVE IN NIGERIA. PLEASE HELP ME OUT.
