Hi,
I am sponsoring my wife for permanent residence, we were married in September. This summer we will have another wedding, church ceremony etc in her country. I know all I need to do is get our marriage licence apostilized.
But when she was looking online on the Slovak governments webiste they were saying I would need some sort of "super legalized form" that bascially has all my info on it. I have searched the canadian foreign affairs website and tryed googling this and am just not sure if Canada does this, does anybody know. I am a canadian citizen by birth.
Im not too worried since we are already legally married here in Canada and they will recognize it. But I think I might need this form if I wanted to get some sort of residence in her cournty, we sometimes visit for long periods and if she gets pregnant we may spend more than the 3 months I am allowed to be there for.
