They didn't find that I was working illegally but the saw a message in my mobile.

Same thing - you were caught working illegally based on messages on your cell phone. You then received a six month exclusion order for working illegally in Canada. Because you violated the terms of a previous stay in Canada, this is likely why it's taking longer for the ETA to be processed and why there's a risk it may be refused.

It's unfortunately no one's fault other than your own that you're stuck waiting at an airport. You shouldn't have booked flight tickets until you had an approved ETA.

I am thinking to take a plane and cross the borders by car thru niagara falls borders because you don't need eta by car or bus.
Should I try or no?

and assumes the OP has an ESTA approved to land in the US and still no guarantee with a previous exclusion will not get a secondary review even at the land border.

What happens will be entirely up to the CBSA officer you encounter. They will be able to see that you have an ETA being processed as well as your past immigration history in Canada. If you want to try this, might be a good idea do to it on your own rather than with your family in case you're refused entry.

As scylla said, it will be entirely up to the CBSA officer. Note that CBSA really doesn't like granting entry to people that have previously shown a disregard for our laws by working illegally in Canada.

After they send me additional request for some documents....I didn't do anything and after 3 hours my ETA approved.
So what to do to travel and ignore the additional documents or upload them
