Let me provide some context:
I am an international student from Morocco studying at Uottawa, My passport will expire in a couple of days, but I already foreseen this outcome a couple of months ago, and re-applied for a new passport, which I got, then a new study and work permit, which I got and are valid until 2027. The sticky situation is, I did not have a visa stamped on my passport, and I could not understand why, it turns out I needed to apply for a TRV. The problem is I need to go back home due to some emergencies, but I will have no way of coming back, that's when I thought of applying for an ETA since you can do so now if you are Moroccan.
I did apply for an ETA and got it, but once I land on Canadian soil, will that cause me any issues considering I am supposed to have a student visa and not an ETA, any info would be very helpful, thanks in advance!
