ETA police record

I applied for the ETA a few weeks ago, which was granted. However, since then, I have had a court summons for an alleged non payment of rail tickets.

On the ETA I answered 'no' to 'have you ever been arrested, charged or convicted'.

Will this court summons (which I assume counts as a charge) be visible to border agents in Canada?

And if so, do I now have to reapply for the ETA again, declaring the summons, or is there another way?

Also, if arrested at under 18, does this matter too? And if it was just over 18 then would that still be a problem now, 20 years later?

Thanks in advance
