eTA permit processed in Australia ?

Hi there , Was wondering if eTA permit is processed by Sydney Canadian consulate office for Australian citizen/passports ?
I have upcoming travel from Australia to Canada. As part of eTA application I need to upload a document , but due to some technical error cannot upload the pdf document on IRCC website.
Looked up online but could not find any solution .
I urgently need help with this or Else I will miss the long planned trip.

Majority of ETA are likely processed electronically without human intervention.

What issue exactly are you having with uploading ? Have you already applied and been asked to submit a document, through a MYCIC account for example ?

Yes lodged eTA application on IRCC website.
After that I was asked to provide additional clearance document which I had anticipated.

What was the additional clearance document you had to upload? Generally speaking, if there's additional information required, processing can take anywhere from a few days to a few weeks (even months although rare) - depending on the kind of additional info requested / required.
