Estranged children for PR application under EE

My husband has 2 estrange children whom he has lost all contact for over 5 years. We had to put their names down but the form for EE requires us to provide form of ID which we had none Passports or Any other government ID( UK has nO ID btw)

What shall we do? The application form for his children is stated as in progress. We can’tproceed any further as we are applying it online. Any ideas ? TIA

Best way would be to consult a Immigration Consultant or Lawyer in your case. Good luck.

To move ahead with the form, I had put some dummy info and wherever such information is added, we gave a letter of explanation that we do not have access to this details and have updated dummy info.It should not be an issue and you will be able to complete the form.

Thank you for your reply!! I have done this by submitting the sworn Statement to waive his right to sponsor his children in the future and submitted the letter of explanation too.
