12 Weeks are the average processing time (excluding report delivery from Canada).....they are very slow as compare to WES.

I would also recommend wes.I did with University of Toronto and quite slow.

At the moment it is 15 Weeks. Please note that, they add six weeks in their processing time in just a 6 week.
