ESL classes for refugee claimants?

Hi all, just making an inquiry for my parents:

Now that our refugee hearing got canceled, and with no rescheduling date, my parents are looking for ESL classes to improve their chances of getting a job.

Everything we find makes mention of the LINC program, however refugee claimants are not eligible for it.

Any of you know about an affordable program that we could apply to? We are in Calgary.

Hearing cancelled/ prosponded?
They can attend adult ESL course if they have the claimant document

The hearing got cancelled.

And the places we have been to say that only accepted refugees qualify for the LINC programs.
