Hi everyone. I just submitted the application for my mother. During the submission, there was an error message. I have closed the browser and now the portal is saying the application have been submitted, not allowing me to submit again. I've very anxious as tomorrow is the deadline for this submission. I haven't received an email confirming the application was successful. Is that something to be expected? Anyone faced the same issue before? Thanks.

I had the same issue here! No confirmation email received yet, I don’t know what to do….I guess we should call IRCC tomorrow to get some information as tomorrow is the last day to submit the application.

I've called then yesterday and not much help. They just advised to take a snapshot of the page saying that is submitted for my records. Said it shouldn't be a problem but I'm anxious. No confirmation email yet.
