Error while accessing Physical presence calculator

Hi, i am not able to access the Physical presence calculator. It gives me an error everytime i click on the link. Anyone else having the same issue?

Yeah, I see a HTTP 400 error too. They are probably having some issues with the site. May be reach out to them on twitter and let them know.
