I am trying to pay the Right of Permanent Residence Fee online, but every time I hit submit it says "You can not submit an empty form!". It does not give me the option to fill out a form and I cannot find a form to fill out (if it exists) anywhere.
It is possible I am doing something wrong (likely even), but it's also possible that the online payment system isn't working. Can anyone tell me which is the case? Better yet, if there is a form to fill out and submit could someone point me to it?
