I got an email from Citizenship and Immigration Canada-CPCM- communication with client.
They asked me to submit IMM5669 again. I'm trying to submit an enquiry for normal processing of a spouse sponsorship visa application.
When I submitted the form through IRCC web form it showed success "your enquiry has been successfully submitted" at that time but after few hours the same success link which I've been sent to my husband showed an error and than when I want to see the success page again it showed me error too.
Can anyone guide me what should I do? Is my enquiry successfully submitted or should I submitting the same document again by mail (FEDEX) to avoid delay. I'm so confused.. please help me!
