Error Uploading IMM5257

Hello,

I am trying to upload the IMM5257 form as part of my application but I keep getting an error saying "The version of the document submitted is no longer accepted"
I am using the 02-2018 version which I downloaded directly from the IRCC website and it is validated
Any help?

I have the same problem, couldn't figure out solution, tried:

1) Validating the form
2) Re-downloading and re-filling
3) Putting e-signature on the form
4) Uploading with Chrome or IE, cleaning all cookies and cache

Anything else we can try?

Same error message for me, can't seem to upload schedule 1 for super visa, no idea what's the problem, tried everything !!!

Write an LOE, that you can’t upload it. Take a screenshot of the error.

Submit your application as this form is optional. Later, use IRCC WEBFORM, and write to the visa office and attach 5257b with the screensjot of error.

Same problem here. Tried to clean cache and cookies, not solved yet.
