I need urgent advice
On the 28 May 2019 (this week) got an update in my online profile that stated that i was successful in my IEC visa. The letter is dated with that date, of course.
It also states further down in the letter that the validity, and also date i ‘must enter Canada by’ is so the 28 May 2019, which would give me effectively zero days to enter.
My friends who got the same visa were all given exactly one year to enter, so i am presuming an internal admin error in the form of a typo made 2019 instead of 2020.
I fly to Vancouver next Friday the 7th.
What can i do? Can I even enter the country now or board a flight?
If any reasonable immigration officer checks my documents they should quickly ascertain the error but i am extremely stressed and worried now. Please give me any advice you may have
