Error on citizenship application application

Ive submitted my application online 3 times now and everytime it comes back with the same 2 errors. Passport bio page and IDs are blank or wrong. I upload the bio page of my passport which is in english and another language And the IDs I uploaded are the services card and PR card. What am I doing wrong? Who can i call to help me? Im in Vancouver, is there an office i can go to? Help!

If you want in-person help, you will need to hire either an immigration lawyer or consultant. IRCC does not provide help in this way.
