Hey guys, in need of a little help.

I'm applying for an IEC and currently a British Citizen (and passport holder).

On the initial questionnaire I misread the question and entered an incorrect detail which resulted in my profile immediately being marked ineligible and removed from the pool.

It says that I can resubmit a new profile and apply again but when I click validate I get an error that I still have an active profile in the pool which incorrect.

I also noticed there was a technical error with the website for British Citizens during the time I originally applied and it now says "If you were affected by these issues, re-submit your profile to the United Kingdom Working Holiday pool"

What can I do to fix my account/profile? who can I contact? I tried the "IRCC Web form" but i've heard nothing back and I filed that in days ago.

Any help would be very appreciated.

I know a few other forum members have had similar issues and will respond to assist.

Just wanted to ensure you were aware that the cap for this year has been effectively filled. They should reset the cap in December or January. So if it takes you a while to fix this issue, don't let it worry you. You have lots of time.
