Error in PR application

Hi guys,
I just got an ITA and while filling out the PR application form, I took the "NO" option that my spouse will not be accompanying me to Canada. My spouse and I changed our mind but I am unable to change the option from "NO" to a "Yes". I have not yet submitted the application.
Please how can I correct this mistake?

after clicking ITA invitation link. on your right side corner. you will find startover icon.
you can click and try redo your application.

Click on Modify Family Information on the grey toolbar in your application.

I am at the level of completing the forms for my different dependants.

Guys one more thing. Please two out of two of my kids are Canadian citizens. Do I include them still in my PR application?

Two of my children are Canadian citizens. Do I have to include them in my application?
If I include them, will I have to pay for PR application fee?
