Error in login

Hi All,
For two days when i login into My Cic account it does not accept user name and password. I am unable to access my CiC account (EE). I am receiving following error when i login.

My cic account create date is 06-Nov-2015

Error 1: Your Username may be missing, invalid or incomplete.
Error 2: Your Password may be missing, invalid or incomplete.

Please help me in this issue.

Its not error in login, You forgot either your username or password or both.

Try to retrieve the same using your secret questions.
