ERROR IN IRCC portal

I am thinking to submit in old portal gc key it’s working fine. Even I too raised webform regarding biometrics error no reply from them yet.

Hi everyone. The problem is in the IRCC's new portal. hell lot of bugs are shown in the portal. only solution is to give your biometrics again by pressing "No" option. Otherwise you have to wait for clueless number of days to get it solved.

Will this not cause mispresentation?

Yes, I am facing that error too they recently undergone maintenance I think from Friday onwards it’s showing error like that. I hope they will fix it soon. It’s really terrible

i created an application 4 days ago at that time it was working fine but I'm not able to continue my application because error,
