You can't have overlaps. Remove them and put them on a separate sheet.

Boss, I’ve been confused with this from three days.. what do you mean I’ve to erase overlaps?

You can only have one entry for each time period. Example, you have an entry for 2014-2017, which includes 2015, and then you have another entry for 2015. That is an overlap. Remove all overlaps and put them in a separate sheet.

Separate sheet???
Like a word document????
Do I have to make a similar table????
How do I write information with it? Do I have to scan that page as well and enclose/scan it into the same file??
Do I have to sign it separately as well???

Yes, in word and yes, you need to submit it as well.

So a proper exactly similar table with the overlaps mentioned in it. And this word document should be scanned with all of the other pages ..
Should this word document be signed at the bearing an original signature when printed???
Or is it fine without it as there’s a signature panel in the last page already???
Thanks

You don't need to sign it.
