I have an Error in Confirmation of Permanent Resident (COPR) form
and as instucted, i had resubmitted my and my dependents original passports & COPR to The High Commission of Canada in India (New Delhi Visa Office) on November 23, 2013. I can't return back my Passports and CoPR till date. Its is almost 45 days, is it normal time?
