Equivalence of 2 Years Bachelors program in Quebec

Hi
I am from Pakistan and I am having two years Bachelors Degree in Computer sciences which is after my 12 years of school/college education here I want to know that am I eligible for Quebec as I am having 14 years of education.

Please also guide me if I am evaluating my no of years of education correctly according to the Quebec education system.
