Envelope issue in sending citizenship documents

Hi All,
Little weird worry but hope some one can answer.
Sent citizenship applications through Canadapost Xpress for 2 family member. But I didnot put them in another envelope(though attached all docs by clip) and directly put them in Xpress post cover envelope.
Will docs be misplaced when they open?
Is it fine?

It's fine. I did the same for me and my son.

yes, my process is as IP now.

Do i need to write my name & address on the envelope as sender? I will be sending application for myself, my daughter and wife in one envelope.

Please apologize me for the delayed response. I didn't check forum messages for a while.
I wrote only my name/address as sender outside of the envelope
and sent it to the Adults process address but I have added between parentheses (FAMILY)
