Hello
Last year i got deported from usa. I was on F1 visa and i were there for around 4 years.
2nd time i had visited to india. When i was returning on 2nd time, i got deported because of doing part time and i was under opt and doing training.
Now i am planning for canada to do my phd.
Is it possible for me to migrate Canada.
Note:- my history is clear there is no criminal record of me.
Your suggestion is highly appreciable.

Realistically speaking, your previous deportations due to not following those countries laws will work against you. Best of luck.

Others can comment but deportation and a criminal record are 2 completely different scenarios. The US and Canada share data so both your deportation and working illegally in the US will likely have some effect. Nobody here can predict an outcome but for sure you should answer any questions honestly and hope for the best.

Deportations for illegally working or overstaying won’t be an impediment for immigration purposes. Your plan to complete your PHD in Canada (assuming you plan to obtain a student visa) is probably a non-starter. Your chance of a visa if any sort are slim due to your immigration history and deportation in the US.
