My Wife is primary applicant & will soon get PR visa & as a dependent i will also get PR. My question is how much time I have to enter into Canada after getting PR visa as I am currently doing Job in India.
1. If my wife can go earlier & then i will follow her after 1-2 year?
2. Can i go to Canada & apply for PR card & then come back to India & continue my Job?

Yes - you can do this. To keep your PR status you must live in Canada for at least 2 out of every 5 rolling years.

How about the initial period before going to Canada. How much minimum time i should spend in canada to get my PR card or can i get it after 2 years also after getting PR visa?

There is no minimum time, you can return the same day. It is called soft-landing. You must do this before your PR Visa expires (1 year from your medical exam date or passport expiry whichever is earlier). After soft landing, you have 3 years to make the permanent move.
