We become permanant residents of Canada on 28.3.2008 & then we left Canada on 25.7.2008. Again we landed in Canad on 25.7.2011 & again left on 29.9.2011. My PR card is going to be expired after 2-months i.e. in july 2013 & i wana to move to canada in june 2013. Is Port of entry allowed me to enter Canada or asking me to go back to home country bcz i do not meet the residency requirements and only live 210 days out of 730 days.

Plz advise me wheather we could move to Canada or not.

You can try. The immigration officers will allow you to enter but they might report you for not meeting the residency obligation. If they report you, you will have to appeal if you want to keep your PR. If you appeal, you will give the reasons why you could not meet the residency obligations. If you had a good reason like taking care of a sick parent and you can prove it, you may be allowed to keep your PR.

If you do not get reported, you should not leave Canada and you should not apply to renew your PR card until you have stayed for 2 years. At that point you will meet the residency obligation again and you will not have a problem.
