entry denied in usa border can be the reason for refusal of permanent residence

Once i have denied entry in usa because we speak lie with officer but i forgot to mention that on 5669 forms so now i m worried about that so that could refuse my application for pr

You should always mention this on the form. Failing to mention is considered misrepresentation. I would contact them and withdraw the application. Then resubmit with this information.

Ah, but wait! Was this denial of entry- was it into USA or into Canada?
If it is is into USA, you may be OK. The usually ask if you have ever been denied entry into *Canada*. If your border denial was into USA and the question on the form was specifically into Canada, they you're OK. No need to change the application. I do not believe they are concerned with failed entries into USA.

Check the question on the form to be sure. If the query is specifically for entry into Canada, then no worries!
