Entry dates to canada after ITA approved

Hi All,

I just got an ITA in this Sept 2018 draw. I have a few questions:

1. My wife is the primary applicant can I decide to enter Canada on a later date once PR is approved? for example, she enters in March 2019 and I enter in June 2019?

2. Also what governs the stamp date(last date we can enter to get PR) on our RPF(request for passport)? Is it our medical dates?

2. Medical or passport expiry whichever comes first.
