Entering with student visa confirmation (for Quebec) - What docs needed?

Hello. My niece just received CIC confirmation for a student visa. She is in Canada now as a tourist, so we plan to go to the US by car and have her re-enter/land at the Canadian border.

Aside from the confirmation letter and passport, does she need anything else to re-enter Canada and activate her student visa?

She will be living/studying in Quebec, so does she need to present her CAQ also? (This is important because the Quebec Ministry of Education also wants a copy of her CAQ ASAP.)
