Entering on Chinese PP then going to USA with USA PP

I want my daughter to enter Canada with her legal Chinese PP with a legal tourist visa for the summer vacation but then travel to the USA using her USA PP ( she has both ). We can't let China know she has a US PP as they will take away her Chinese PP causing us all kinds of headaches living in China. The US won't give a 'Visa " to a US Citizen or else we'd just get a US Visa. So, then we will go back to Canada with the US PP and fly back to China giving the the illusion of just going to Canada for holiday. As far as i know, we can go through US Customs at the Canadain border to the US fairly easily if carrying a valid US PP. Does anyone see anything wrong with this plan or anything that I might be missing? HELP???

Not sure you're going to get any help because you wish to circumvent Chinese citizenship laws.
