Hello all,
I need some advice urgently. Am not sure who to ask. Seems like the right place!
My husband has a PR now and we are travelling as a family by the mid of next month.
He recently got an job offer from his current company for a project in Montreal. Looking at all the information I have read recently it looks like Ter is a different process to be accepted at Quebec.
My questions are -
1. Can I enter Toronto as my portof entry and then move to Montreal the next day ?
2. Will I be still eligible for all the governmental facilities, like healthcare, education etc.
3. In general, how are things going to be different?

I would please request some expert advice on the above. You will be very helpful for us to make arrangements.
Thanks in advance.

You can certainly land in Toronto and then move to Montreal the next day. However you will have to provide a non-Quebec address for the mailing of your PR card. If you provide a Quebec address for the mailing of your PR card, your landing may be refused since you did not apply to immigrate through the Quebec program. This is the only complication.

Thank you so much for responding back
And with regards to healthcare and education. Would you know any details on them ??
