Entering Canada with an Open Work permit while waiting for my FSW-O application. What should I do?

Is there anything I should be aware of aside from updating IRCC of my Canadian address through webform?

What would happen if they approve my application? Would I receive an eCOPR or would I have to mail back my passport to my local VO?

I believe you will be FSW Inland after the address update.
