Dear can u help me in this. Do I need PCC from UK? I was in UK for one year during 2010 to 2011 for study but its 10 years now. I added dubai pcc because I am here now since 2013 but don't know UK pcc need or not. I already submitted SP application on 10 sep from UAE

you didn't say what month you left UK but as we still within the 10-year period, they might as you for it. It it doesn't take too long to get the PCC (less than 4 weeks), you can wait for them to request it. If it takes months to procure, I think you should start the process of getting it now, just in case...

I was in UK from August 2010 to August 2011. I applied SOWP on 10 sep so technically yes its 10 year and few days

It's too close. IRCC might still request a PCC from you.

I just checked the exit from UK . I entered in UK on 01 August 2010 and exited on 21 August 2011. I applied SOWP from dubai on 10 September 2021 so its 10 years and 20 days
