Hi ,
I am a U.K man and in possession of an LMO which a company has applied for for me .I thought that i was now to wait on applying or receiving a work permit .Now they have told me that they want me to mobilize in the next couple of weeks and that i apply for my work permit at the airport providing the emigration with this LMO .They haven't even asked me if i have a criminal record ,Which i do and i also am out on bail but planning to return for my trial . I plan on lying and saying i don't have a criminal record .What is the chances of me getting through ?

If anyone can enlighten me i would really appreciate it .

Thanks
