I hope you can show significant funds and/or family that you will stay with because arriving in March for a September start will raise concerns that you are trying to work.

Please i have a question, i got admission for fall 2017 (september) but my mom fell sick and i could not leave her so unfortunately for me she died january 2018, now am planning to go to school this january 29th , do you think i will hjave any problem with the immigration ?

Did you defer you admission? If you didn't attend your program in fall 2017 you would have been reported and your visa would have been cancelled.
