enter EE after rejected from Spouse sponsorship application

hi, i recently got rejected from my spouse sponsorship application for my PR (my husband didn't declare me as common-low, although we were, when he was applying for his PR. we got married afterwards and i started my application as spouse sponsorship, which was rejected for not declaring). Luckily, i think i am still eligible for express entry. will my first rejection of PR application impact the result or my EE? thank you

No, there is no negative effect on an economic application. You were ineligible for sponsorship because of your sponsor's failure, not yours.
