I recently finished a remote masters program from USA while I was residing in Canada all throughout the time period.

Do I still need to add that information in that section? I just dont want them raising questions on my Physical Presence if they think I resided in USA for my masters.

You can clarify in the application that it was entirely remote, potentially via a letter of explanation.
