Enquiry regarding the medical examination & TOEFL

Hey guys !! I am from Delhi & today i submitted my application for student visa to VFS. Now I was going through some topics in this forum. I came to know about the rejection of visa because of medical examination & CIC want the medical examination done.

I want to clarify if medical examination is really important for student visa. I am going to vancouver for 1 year diploma course. Now that medical examination really made me worried because it will delay my visa & my batch is starting from 02 April.

& 1 more thing i want to clarify is regarding the TOEFL / EILTS exam. I got the letter from my college regarding the English stating that i dont need to pass those tests because i had English as my second language & i studied it till my 12th & based on the 20 min. interview they had with me. Is it sufficient ??

India is a designated country, you will require a medical as you will be in Canada for more than 6 months.

Means i am getting my passport back soon. Then when i will apply again i have to pay the PROCESSING CHARGES again ??

But rememebr...u hv 2 provide d medical test...It mandatory...

Medical tests include...

Blood Sample(HIV test)
Chest X-ray(Specially for TB)
Urine Analysis
Body Checkup...height/weight
eyesight... all d best

Thank u so much for the info dude... So after the medical exam shud i apply with SPP checklist or general is fine ??? Coz my college is not under SPP list.. :/

& wut about the TOFL/EILTS exam... i have a doubt regarding it too... PLS REFER TO MY FIRST POST...

hi dear...

1. SPP: As ur college is nt in d list of SPP program.There4, u'll apply under normal Study Permit.
2. IELTS/TOEFL: If u got admission without IELTS/TOEFL, then u dnt need to show it in Embassy...

Please pals help me.!!!

I got a letter from embassy to take medical again but no passport with it.
I had done pre-medical test on 14 nov 2010, nd i applied on dec 2,till yesterday it was under processing today i got a letter stating to do medical again. my college start on 10 jan ... and i have max 17 jan last date to register
Can anybuddy tel me that would it affect my case or what would be my outcome.?
Please Pals and other seniors help me out n tell what can embassy officals state the outcome for me..? will they stamp or refuse..!!!
