Hello, I submitted an EOI to manitoba. Does anyone know if they give LAA even if i stated that i dont have my ECA ready yet. My ECA is in progress. i want to know if that will work against getting an LAA or has anybody ever gotten an LAA without ECA report details submitted in the EOI.
