Hi Seniors

I got a message from IRCC as below:

Schedule A: A separate and newly completed Schedule A Background Declaration form (IMM 5669) bearing an original signature. Specifically providing details for an Address gap from 2013/03 to present.

Please help check if my understanding is correct.

1. Re-do the form and be careful of providing the gap from 2013/03 in address.
2. For Personal History and Address in the form, I could add extra sheets if I run out of space.

Thank you in advance!

Yes, IRCC is extremely strict on this as it forms part of your background check.
There should be NO address gap for the period specified.
