I got a funny email from IRCC just now and I don't know what to think about it.

The only enquiry I sent to them was about 1.5 months ago due to me forgetting to attach my PR AOR in my BOWP application - which I provided in that enquiry.

I'm CEC inland so why would would my case be transferred outside Canada?

I guess they avoided my enquiry and now I'm SOL?

I have to find a random visa office outside Canada and email them to attach my AOR to my BOWP?

Seriously..
