Enquiry about landing location and 2 year residency obligation in this place

Someone told me that one must land in the province and location that one has filled. And that one has to work and live dear for 2 years before one can relocate to another region. Is this true. I mean for federal skill workers not provincial norminee. Is this true

Hi, Its not true. you can land anywhere within Candian borders and there`s no restriction whatsoever as to where you go once you are a PR except probably province of Quebec.
