Please, I need someone to assist me with some information...:

1. I’m a Gradute of computer science, working as Nigeria Police Officer, I am intending to create CANADA EXPRESS ENTRY PROFILE
Please which noc is best for me to choose...

2. Can I also create profile (expression of interest) with a province at the same time with express entry profile? If yes, which province is best for such my job experience?

1. NOC 4311.
2. Yes if you are eligible. You need to research each province. Your NOC may be ineligible for some provinces like Saskatchewan.

Assume you are eligible with your ECAs and IELTS scores (at least 67 points). From there what is your CRS score? You want 470+.

But I was told that it’s only the citizens of Canada that can join police Officer there with the noc 4311

So, I am thinking of noc 6541 security guard and related occupations

But I didn’t see any province that demands the noc for now but based on my research on the noc 6541

I found that the noc 6541 is and will be highly prospect between 2021-2025 ONTARIO PROVINCE according to Canada Job bank, and ONTARIO IS THE PROVINCE THAT EMPLOYS MORE SECURITY GUARDS...

So, please will it be ideal if I apply on ONTARIO PROVINCE AND AS WELL CREATE EXPRESS ENTRY PROFILE WITH NOC 6541?

Can I go ahead and try or I should keep off..?

NOC 6541 is skill C so not eligible for Express Entry. You can’t use that NOC. As for Ontario, it only selects NOCs from certain categories (tech, finance etc.) under the Human Capitals stream. Your NOC is not on the list. What is your eligibility score and CRS score?

So you are using NOC 4311. And if you have met all requirements you have completed ECAs and IELTS. You want a score of 470+.

If that is your NOC you apply. In demand has nothing to do with it. You need a CRS score of at least 470 to be invited. If you get an ITA, you may never be hired to be a police office in Canada. Just because that it is your NOC doesn’t mean you will ever get a job as a police officer. You have to meet requirements for each police force. As for province, maybe Alberta.

Just to give you a heads up , a friend was planning on becoming a Police Officer. She’s in the Toronto area . It’s EXTREMELY, like extremely competitive. You just don’t just apply . She had a criminology background. She had a mentor in the police service, extensive background checks , testing . She’s female , Canadian citizen . She thru in the towel
