Enquirery regarding my parents passports

hi this isaac lal wants know the status of my parents passports it has been sent to Delhi office on 31may but I haven’t get back also I can’t track my parents passports
Plz let me know the status

Its only been 2 weeks.......give the Visa Office some more time........the VO certainly will issue the visa and return your parents passport.........IRCC needs patience.......relax.

If they don't return their passport with the next 2 weeks...........send the VO an email.

Its the Canadian Visa Office that issues the visa not VSF.......the VO has already requested for their passport to issue visa......their passport will be returned soon.........if their was a problem the VO will contact you.......wait till end of the week, if so worried you may send email next week to inquire about passport.
