English Language Requirement at University Manitoba

Hello Guys,

I have applied for Master's in Engineering (Mechanical) at University of Manitoba.

I have done my all education in English medium institutes, I will attached letter from my university as well to proof that, do i still need to write IELTS exam or it will be exempted?

Has anyone from Pakistan or India got exemption for English Language requirement from Manitoba University in M.Eng program?

They didnt accept letter issued by University. SO for Manitoba IELTS is mandatory.
