English language and academic degree

Kindly confirm if I will get the visa if university offers me english language program and letter saying i will continue academic degree once im through it.

Guess its fine..but it would be more expensive..y dont you try taking IELTS..if u fail...u can go for this

Better is to take english language test b/c this will better economical along with visa processing issues b/c CHC itself require IELTS or english language test
