Hello Nova Scotia Community College applicants and hopefuls, Good day! I am a college graduate from the Philippines and my university uses english as a medium of instruction in all of the courses. I'm just wondering if NSCC accepts English as a Medium of Instruction Certificate instead of an English Competency Test result( IELTS, TOEFL, etc.)?
